Inspired by the fun, gregarious, and open to experimenting Pita Gyros brand personality, I created a design based on strong, sarcastic images.

The characters developed for the project naturally accentuate the main interior highlight—a graffiti wall—so improving the dynamic visual character of the eatery. Every character personifies one of the restaurant's trademark foods—a pita sandwich, a Coke cup, a basket of French fries clutching a salt shaker, souvlaki, a cupcake, and more. Later on, these whimsical drawings were merged into a smooth pattern that served as the basis for the packaging and visual character of the brand.

An key point of interaction between the restaurant and its patrons is packaging, which should exactly represent the ideals of the brand. Our job was to start emotional conversations with guests and let them know Pita Gyros is a contemporary, fashionable, great fast-food restaurant with a health consciousness.
Food boxes, cups for hot and cold drinks, take-away bags, wrapping paper, disposable meal packaging, package design for sugar, salt, and pepper constituted the range of work for packaging design.

I also advised following the corporate pattern for clothes, shoes, bags, and other branded goods. In this sense, the brand becomes known not only inside the restaurant but also in a larger metropolitan setting.
Attracting the most energetic, dynamic, stylish, and trend-conscious consumers—those who value good taste, creativity, and variation—the designed packaging design for Pita Gyros strengthens its position as a trendy hotspot.

Inspired by Greek cuisine, fast-food restaurant Pita Gyros targets a young, active audience. To produce a vivid and identifiable identity, the branding concept employs strong, humorous images and graffiti-inspired motifs. The packaging design complements the décor of the restaurant, therefore strengthening brand personality and improving the consumer experience.
